Hiring - Robot Navigation Engineer

​

Job description:

  • Provide navigation solutions that achieve high cleaning quality while ensuring that robot is safe for the environment it is operating in

  • Implementing robot navigation algorithms (path planning, motion control, obstacle avoidance, coverage planning)

  • Developing and testing algorithms in simulations (Gazebo), implementing testing scenarios from real life cases

  • To confirm that  simulation robot matches actual robot

  • Improve robot maneuverability (ability to navigate in constrained areas, ability to navigate at higher velocities, navigation precision)

 

Programming languages:

  • Strong knowledge of C++

  • Advanced knowledge of Python is a bonus

 

Experience:

  • Mobile robots

  • Advanced math knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of ROS2, NAV2 and Gazebo

  • Machine learning is a bonus

  • SLAM and odometry knowledge

Hiring - Robot Perception Engineer

​

Job description:

  • Provide high quality data about the environment robot operates in to ensure safe robot navigation and precise robot localization

  • Implementing perception sensor drivers (3D lidar, 2D lidar, depth camera, RGB camera)

  • Sensor intrinsic/extrinsic calibration

  • Sensor data incorporation into existing stack (ROS2, NAV2)

  • Sensor data filtering

  • Information extraction from data (clustering / segmentation/ object recognition/ natural or artificial features)

  • Implementing sensor models for simulation (Gazebo)

 

Programming languages:

  • Strong knowledge of C++

  • Advanced knowledge of Python is a bonus

 

Experience:

  • Point cloud processing

  • Strong knowledge of ROS2

  • NAV2 and Gazebo knowledge is a bonus

  • Computer vision or machine learning is a bonus

  • SLAM and odometry knowledge is a bonus
